GPTHumanizer is operated by AI CO WEALTH LTD., registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom, company number 16617952. For service enquiries, contact support@stealthwriter.me.
Welcome to gpt-humanizer.com (“GPTHumanizer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GPTHumanizer website, tools, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the site.
Sections 1 to 8 describe the commercial terms of the Service: what it does, what it costs, how billing, cancellation and refunds work, and what we expect from each other. Sections 9 to 12 cover availability, termination, liability and the law that applies. Section 13 explains where to read how we handle your data.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
GPTHumanizer rewrites an existing draft into different wording and tone. You paste or upload text you have already written; the Service returns a rewritten version and shows it beside your original so you can compare each change before deciding what to keep.
The rewriting instructions require numbers, dates, measurements, prices, links and email addresses to be kept exactly as supplied, including how they are written, together with names, quotations and facts.
The Service rewrites in the language of the text you supply. The interface is available in fourteen languages, but the editor does not translate: a rewrite stays in the language of the source text.
The Service does not guarantee any AI-detector result and does not promise search rankings. A rewrite is an editing suggestion, not proof of authorship, and not a substitute for checking facts, sources or citations yourself.
An Account is identified by an email address. Sign-in uses an emailed verification code or Google sign-in; the Service does not ask you to create a password.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your Account and for keeping access to your email address secure. Tell us at support@stealthwriter.me if you believe someone else has access to your Account.
The free allowance described in Section 4 is intended once per person. Creating multiple Accounts to obtain it repeatedly is not permitted.
A new Account receives 150 words once, after signing in, shared across the Humanizer, the long-text workspace and Essay Writer. No payment method is required for those words. It is a single allowance, not a monthly free quota and not a recurring free tier.
Paid plans add words to the same balance. Current plans are:
Yearly billing is available on each plan and is shown on the pricing page before checkout. Prices are in US dollars, except in the Korean interface, which is priced in won. The price you are charged, the currency and the billing interval are all shown at checkout before you confirm.
Words are deducted when a request completes. If a request fails, the reserved words are returned to your balance and are not charged. Words already in your balance do not expire and are not removed when a subscription ends.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Words are added to your Account after payment is confirmed, not when checkout is opened.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly billing period you selected, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time. After signing in, open the pricing page and use the subscription management option there, which opens the Stripe billing portal for your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; words already added to your balance stay available.
If the price of a plan changes, the change applies to future billing periods after we give notice, not to a period you have already paid for.
If a charge looks wrong, contact support@stealthwriter.me with the email address on the Account. Writing to us first is faster than opening a payment dispute, because we can see the subscription and invoice on our side.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of the charge, provided that the Account has used no more than 1,000 words of the allowance that charge added.
Email support@stealthwriter.me from the address on the Account, within the 7-day window, and tell us which charge you mean. We reply to the same address.
When a request meets those conditions we refund the full amount of that charge to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
The same rule applies to a renewal charge. A renewal that has used more than 1,000 words of the renewed allowance within 7 days of the charge is not refundable under this section.
This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory right you have. It does not cover charges on an Account we closed for a breach of Section 7, and it does not cover a period in which words were obtained through a payment that was later reversed by the card issuer.
This is a stated commercial policy, not a guarantee of results. The Service does not promise any particular rewriting outcome, detector score or search ranking, as explained in Section 2.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on text you are entitled to submit. In particular, you must not:
You are responsible for what you submit and for what you publish after editing. The Service is a writing aid; it does not verify facts and does not decide whether a use is permissible in your institution, workplace or jurisdiction.
You keep whatever rights you already hold in the text you submit. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not publish it.
To provide the Service, your text has to be sent to the AI provider that produces the rewrite, and successful rewrites and their originals are stored in your Account history so you can review them. Section 13 explains where to read the details, including how to delete saved history.
Remove private or confidential information before submitting text. Do not submit material you are not permitted to send to a third-party processing service.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and we do not offer a stated uptime guarantee. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. If we withdraw a feature that a paid plan depends on, we will say so on the site.
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to people under 18.
We may suspend or close an Account that we reasonably believe is being used in breach of Section 7, that is being used to attack or overload the Service, or where we are required to do so by law. Where we do so, we will tell you the reason at the email address on the Account, unless a legal or security restriction prevents it.
If we close an Account for a breach of Section 7, the remaining word balance is forfeited and no refund is due. If we close an Account for a reason that is not your fault, or if we discontinue the Service, we refund the unused part of any allowance you paid for, calculated in proportion to the words not used.
You may ask us to close your Account at any time by writing to support@stealthwriter.me. Closing the Account does not by itself refund a period already paid for; Section 6 applies to refund requests.
Sections 8, 11 and 12 continue to apply after your Account is closed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) US$50.
To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or loss of data that you did not back up.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
You are responsible for checking any text before you rely on or publish it. The Service is a writing aid and is supplied without any guarantee of a particular result.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live, or from relying on any mandatory protection given to you by the law of that country.
How we collect, use, store and delete information — including the text you submit, your Account details, analytics and optional features — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Read the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, our practices or for legal reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify users by updating the “Last updated” date and, where required, by email or prominent notice on the site. Changes do not apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for.
If you have any questions about these Terms, your Account, a payment or a refund, please contact us:
A new Account gets 150 words once. Paid plans add words, renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the pricing page. Refunds are available within 7 days if the Account has used no more than 1,000 words.
Words already in your balance stay there, do not expire and are not removed if you cancel. Rewriting requires sign-in and sends text to our AI provider; successful originals and rewrites are saved in your Account history. The Service does not guarantee detector results or search rankings. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting sensitive information, and contact support with any question about your Account, a charge or a refund.
